The PERFECTSIGHT Warranty Policy applies to PERFECTSIGHT branded products. Please register your product at perfectsight.co prior to any warranty claim. If you purchased your product at perfectsight.co while signed into your PERFECTSIGHT.CO account your product was registered at the time of purchase. We may ask you to send us a photograph of your product to validate the claim.
All PERFECTSIGHT warranties are non-transferrable and are only available to the original end-user of the product purchased directly from PERFECTSIGHT. Warranties do not apply to products purchased from unauthorized resellers. When purchasing online, it is important to note where the product is being shipped from and who it is being sold by. Second-hand items, including those purchased from websites such as Amazon, eBay or Craigslist are not covered by the PERFECTSIGHT Warranty Policy.

For all products covered by lifetime warranty, PERFECTSIGHT warrants the product against wear and damage during the lifetime of the device for which the product was purchased. To make a warranty claim for PERFECTSIGHT products, Purchaser must register the product at perfectsight.co, provide a valid credit card or Paypal accout number. PERFECTSIGHT, at its option, will either (1) replace the product, or (2) exchange the product with a product of equal value.
